Conflict doesn’t need to be an OBSTACLE to growth + joy in a family– it can actually be THE WAY to it!

If you’re ready to learn the tools to view + approach daily conflict with kids more successfully, we look forward to meeting you. Book a 60 minute strategy session with Hannah + Kelty of Upbringing on Zoom.

What To Expect:

SHARE- Hannah + Kelty will hold space for you to share the biggest, hardest parenting challenges happening with your sensitive + strong-willed kid/s

EXPLORE- Together, you’ll briefly explore your dreams for your family, as well as what obstacles may be holding you back from those short + long-term goals

RECEIVE- Hannah + Kelty will offer you shame-free ideas as well as a customized plan to increase your calm, confidence + connection moving forward

Navigating our kids’ big feelings + challenging behaviors is HARD, but research shows that when daily drama is “done well” it can:

  • Build kids’ self-regulation, self-awareness + communication skills

  • Help them feel more comfortable + confident with conflict

  • Teach them how to get their + others needs met in creative ways

  • Nurture trust, respect + communication in our own relationship

  • Reveal + heal our own wounds that previous conflict has created

“You know those moments when you aren't seeing the forest for the trees, you know there's a bigger picture you're missing, but you just can't get there on your own? Without fail, Han and Kel take what seems like an utterly hopeless soup of big emotions + missteps and, with loving guidance, reframe it into an actionable plan that actually makes some damn sense.” — Laine, mother of twins

Learning to manage family conflict with CONNECTION instead of CONTROL isn't permissive— it’s revolutionary! We look forward to meeting you.
